Twelfth Night

Last night I had the pleasure of taking my daughter, her friend Erin, as well as having
the company of my son and his friends Mike and Ross to see a play.
The play we went to see was Shakespeare’s “Twelfth Night.”

The main reason we went was to see Crazy Andrew’s performance as Sebastian.

The stage for Twelfth Night

The performance was held at Anne Arundel Community College. It was kind of
interesting to go to back to where I once attended school. Everything seemed
bigger this visit.

The show was delightful, with each character cast perfectly.

As I watched the performance, I couldn’t help but think many of the lines in the play
were quotes often heard. So I looked them up:

Famous Quotes from Twelfth Night

“Be not afraid of greatness: some are born great, some achieve greatness and some have greatness thrust upon them”. – (Quote Act II, Scene V).

“Love sought is good, but giv’n unsought is better” . – (
Quote Act III, Scene I) If music be the food of love, play on;
Give me excess of it, that, surfeiting,
The appetite may sicken, and so die.
That strain again! it had a dying fall:
O, it came over my ear like the sweet sound 1
That breathes upon a bank of violets,
Stealing and giving odour!
Quote Act i. Scene 1.
Is it a world to hide virtues in? Twelfth Night Quote Act i. Scene 3.

We will draw the curtain and show you the picture. Twelfth Night Quote Act i. Scene 5. Then come kiss me, sweet and twenty. Twelfth Night Quote Act ii. Scene 3.

He does it with a better grace, but I do it more natural. Twelfth Night Quote Act ii. Scene 3.

We had fun, and Andrew was awesome! Of course!
