Rubi’s Skating Party
Rubí turns 5 and wanted a skating party.
She was enthusiastic from the first minute! Look how excited she is.
She was so ready to skate!
Silas wasn’t so sure.
She charged out on the floor like she had been doing it all her life!
Silas had big boy skates and struggled a bit.
Rubi had settings on her little girl skates and was soon able to glide a bit more.
Every part of her was having fun. I was so happy to be here to see it!
Naturally since Pop Pop couldn’t be there, he asked me to make a movie!
He didn’t have to ask me twice. 🙂
Back at home…
Rubí had presents and a dirt cake!
Her Nana tried very hard to make a card she saw an example of on Pinterest.
She didn’t seem to mind that the card wasn’t perfect.
She told me a long time ago she wanted new Polly Pocket things, so she got some! She was playing with them almost right away.
Rubí seemed to LOVE her birthday party. I know I sure did!
