Don’t Know Why I Didn’t Get One Earlier!
Looking for an easier way to carry camera gear for our upcoming trip, and I decided on a Lowepro – Pro Runner 200 AW.
For whatever reason, I didn’t buy one when I first bought my camera. I was so silly not to get a backpack for carrying my camera gear! The shoulder back I purchased was good for the camera and lenses, but hard on my back and shoulders!
Today, Laura and I went out to Kinder Park, and I got to try the Pro Runner 200 AW out. I LOVE it. It was perfect for what I needed!
My camera lenses fit in there so nice, and they are so protected. Believe it or not, I looked at a Canon backpack at Best Buy, and it was sorely missing padding for protection, right in the camera area, too! This is not the case with the Lowepro I selected.
Access to get something or to change a lens was so easy, just perfect for my usual clumsy fingers.
Next will be to see if it passes the test of the trip, 11,500 miles one way, and into the Outback of Australia!
Something I didn’t see before when I bought it, it has a handy way to help you carry your tripod too!
UPDATE: 8 YEARS LATER
This backpack has held up remarkably well. No tears, no wear, even through multiple trips to Australia and mini vacations, and photoshoots, it has held up to the task. Still loving it.
