Beside the Pool with Silas and Rubi
Now, when I say beside the pool, I mean BESIDE the pool.
We have a pool, and it’s a blessing to have one. Even after all the labor that is involved with opening it, closing it, maintaining it, it’s wonderful to have a pool. The thing is, we live on a property with a LOT of trees. Another blessing really, except when it keeps the SUN off of our water, and in June it still feels mountain stream FRESH. In other words, FREEZING.
So no one could blame the poor children to be a bit timid the first day, not wanting to get wet with that cold pool water!

It has to be absolutely wonderful to have the pool. I like the picture of Miranda blowing up the pool float, that appears to be a whale or possibly a shark.
