Scientists Who Believe

So once settled in from our trip to Australia, I looked around my room for something in my library I hadn’t read yet.  The title Scientists Who Believe took my interest, and it was a short book divided into small chapters of individual Scientist giving their testimony on how they come to believe the Bible and in a creator God.

What I read today from Anne Sweeney:

But God is strong. He fights with us until we surrender to His superior strength. He does not depend on our thoughts for His own survival. Man cannot think God into existence-or imagine Him into nonexistence.
It is not natural for the materialistic mind to believe in Him, but to the inquiring mind God reveals His existence. When one man turned to Jesus and called Him divine, Jesus answered: “Flesh and blood did not reveal this to you, but My Father who is in heaven.” (Matthew 16:17)
